iVaak Cookie Notice
Effective date: 5 September 2026
This Cookie Notice explains how Intelligence India.Com Limited (“IICL”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on ivaak.ai and related iVaak webpages.
iVaak is a product and brand operated by IICL. This Notice should be read together with the iVaak Privacy Policy and Website and Platform Terms of Use.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your browser or device when you visit a website. They can help a website operate securely, remember choices, understand how visitors use the site and measure whether communications are effective.
We may also use similar technologies, including local storage, session storage, pixels, software development kits and tags. In this Notice, we refer to these technologies collectively as “cookies.”
Cookies may be:
- Session cookies, which ordinarily expire when you close your browser; or
- Persistent cookies, which remain for a defined period or until you delete them.
2. How We Use Cookies
We use cookies only for the purposes described below.
| Category | Purpose | Consent position |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Security, fraud prevention, network management, consent records, session continuity, forms and essential website functions. | Always active because the website cannot operate properly without them. |
| Preferences | Remembering choices such as language, region, display settings or previously selected preferences. | Optional unless strictly required for a feature you request. |
| Analytics and performance | Understanding visits, page usage, navigation, errors, load performance and aggregated website trends so we can improve the experience. | Optional and disabled until consent where required. |
| Marketing and attribution | Measuring campaigns, understanding referral sources, limiting repeated advertising and supporting relevant business communications. | Optional and disabled until consent where required. |
We do not use optional cookies merely because you continue browsing. Where consent is required, optional cookies are activated only after you make a choice through the cookie banner or preference centre.
3. Essential Website and Conversational Functions
Some cookies or browser-storage technologies may be required to:
- maintain website security and prevent misuse;
- remember your cookie choices;
- keep a requested form or demonstration session functioning;
- preserve the state of an iVaak or iCognito web conversation during the active session;
- route traffic, balance system load and diagnose service errors; or
- support accessibility and other functionality you request.
Essential technologies are not used for unrelated advertising. If an essential technology also performs an optional purpose, the optional purpose must remain disabled until the required choice or consent is obtained.
4. Analytics, Tag Management and Marketing Technologies
We may use a tag-management service, including Google Tag Manager, to control when website tags are loaded. A tag manager is a delivery mechanism and does not by itself determine the purpose of every tag placed through it.
Any analytics, advertising or campaign-measurement technology deployed through a tag manager must:
- be classified in the correct cookie category;
- remain blocked until consent where required;
- respect your current preference settings; and
- appear in the live cookie inventory with its provider, purpose and duration.
We do not permit optional analytics or marketing tools to use information from iVaak enterprise-client conversations or connected business systems merely because a person visits the public website.
5. Your Choices
When you first visit the website, you should be able to:
- Accept all cookies;
- Reject non-essential cookies; or
- Manage preferences by category.
Rejecting optional cookies will not prevent access to the main public website. A feature may work differently if it genuinely depends on a preference you have declined.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by selecting Cookie Preferences in the website footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before withdrawal.
Your browser may also allow you to block or delete cookies. Browser controls can affect essential functionality and do not always control local storage, pixels, tags or technologies used by another device or browser.
6. Third-Party Cookies
Some website functions may be provided by third parties, such as hosting, security, analytics, embedded media, form, scheduling or communication providers. These providers may place or access cookies when their service is enabled.
Third parties may process information under their own terms and privacy notices where they independently determine their purposes. We require optional third-party technologies under our control to respect the consent settings presented on the iVaak website.
The current cookie inventory in the preference centre identifies each material provider known to us. You should review the provider’s notice for additional information about its independent processing.
7. Cookie Inventory and Retention
The Cookie Preferences panel provides the current inventory of cookies and similar technologies used on the website, including:
- cookie or technology name;
- provider or domain;
- purpose and category;
- whether it is a session or persistent technology; and
- its expiry or retention period.
We retain cookies only for as long as reasonably necessary for their stated purpose. Consent records may be retained for a reasonable period to demonstrate and honour your choice. We periodically review the inventory and remove cookies that are no longer required.
8. Personal Data
Some cookie information may be personal data, such as an online identifier, IP address, device or browser information, approximate location, preference, referral source or interaction timestamp.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data, the purposes and legal grounds we rely on, how information may be shared, data retention, security measures and how you may exercise your rights.
9. Changes to This Notice
We may update this Notice when our website, technology, providers or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised version and effective date on this page. Where required, we will request a new choice before using information for a materially different optional purpose.
