Real deployments.
Real numbers.
Three anonymised production case studies — each is a live iVaak deployment running today.
9,300 driver-reference verifications on autopilot
Every new driver in the client's onboarding pipeline needs a phone call to each of their previous employers — HR contact, work-history dates, eligibility for rehire. Their in-house team was doing this manually, 4-8 minutes per call, ~50 references a day per staff member. Backlog kept growing. Emails to employers were being ignored 60% of the time.
iVaak polls their production MariaDB every 15 minutes during Toronto business hours (Mon–Fri), fetches pending references, dispatches a call from our Sarah agent, and writes the verified/declined outcome back to the correct row on their reference table. Skips anything already verified by their email workflow.
5 use-cases, one agent, WhatsApp on the back-end
Inbound appointment demand across five workflows — first-time booking, loyalty-member booking, no-return win-back campaigns, promotional pushes, and post-visit follow-up — none of which their existing web form or call centre handled well. Bookings were being lost between channels.
One iVaak agent (Tanya) trained on all 5 use-cases with branch coverage across 8 states. Speaks English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu — code-switches naturally. Books the appointment on the call with a 4-character reference code, then WhatsApp confirms the exact branch address, phone, and reschedule link within 10 minutes.
Recharge reminders that recover subscribers, not friction
Weekly recharge cycle meant hundreds of customers falling out of active status because they forgot to recharge. Existing SMS reminders had ~8% action rate. Manual calls worked but didn't scale.
iVaak agent trained on the recharge flow: identifies the customer, mentions their subscription, offers a one-tap payment link via WhatsApp, or transfers to human support if the customer has questions. Runs on scheduled batches keyed off their CRM.
Building something like this?
Every deployment we ship starts with a scoping call. 30 minutes, no obligation — walk away with a rough plan even if you don't sign.
